How can I place an order?
Orders are based on availability; you can place an Order Inquiry through our Contact Page or Call us!
How far in advance should I place an order?
We require two weeks minimum on orders, but recommend booking as soon as you know your event date to make sure your date is secure.
Will you still take an order with less then two weeks notice?
Yes, depending on availability and a rush fee will be added to your order.
Do you require a deposit for orders?
A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remainder of the balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo and most Credit Cards. Venmo and Credit Cards require an additional convenience fee.
What happens if I have to cancel my order?
The initial retainer is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In the case that an event is changed to another date there will be no additional charge for doing so. However, we cannot guarantee that all accommodations can be made in the case of a changed date. Availability will be considered as we are only capable of a limited number of cakes per week. Cake availability is based on a first come first serve basis.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes to your cake order such as size, colors, flavors and design will be accepted up until two weeks prior to the event date. However, any changes made by the client may affect the original pricing.
What factors affect the price of a custom cake/cupcakes?
Additional costs are based on design elements and are affected by premium flavors and/or fillings, detailed piping, chocolate work, fondant details, cake toppers, cupcake toppers, gold leaf, silver leaf..etc
Do you offer Fondant Cakes?
We specialize in buttercream frosted cakes, we do not offer fondant covered cakes
Do you offer cakes that cater to alternative diets?
We offer gluten-friendly and vegan options.
**Please Note: all of our products are made in an open kitchen where common allergens may be present. While we do take extra care when preparing orders for customers with allergies, cross contact is possible and we encourage those with severe sensitivities to reach out with questions before placing an order.
Where is your bakery located?
Sweet LoriBelle’s does not have a brick and mortar location. We are a registered Arizona Cottage Bakery operating out of Northwest Tucson, and we deliver all over Tucson and it’s surrounding areas.
